Return Policy
At Raiin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Flower Arrangements
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns of flower arrangements. However, we stand behind the quality of our products:
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the arrangement.
- If we determine that the quality does not meet our standards, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- We guarantee that our flowers will stay fresh for at least 5 days from delivery when properly cared for according to our care instructions.
Gift Items
For non-perishable gift items:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received incorrect items:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged items or the incorrect items received.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@raiin.com.
